Event Schedule

START EARLY

Attend a “Meet and Greet” on Thursday evening, July 25th. Catch up with other old students from the US and around the world. This event will be held in the hotel with light refreshments. All registered attendees will be provided a name badge and an information packet.

OUT AND ABOUT TOWN

Enjoy a fun-filled day on Friday, July 26th on a tour of Texas and a yacht ride This activity is open only to registered attendees.

THE MEETING

Attend the convention meeting in the morning of Saturday, July 27th in the hotel conference room. Lunch will be served after the

meeting.

THE CONVENTION GALA

The convention fundraising will be held on Saturday night, July 27th at 7:00 pm in the Convention Plaza Ballroom. This event is open to the general public. Raffle tickets will be available and sold for $50.00 per pack. 

ENDING IN PRAISE!

Share in the breaking of bread with one another at a thanksgiving Mass to be held at Holy Family Catholic Church, Irving at 12:00 noon on Sunday July 28th.
