Please consider the time it takes to process your visa application. Make sure you start registration and your visa application process early and in advance of the convention dates.

Letter of Invitation

Invitation Letters will be sent to members who have submitted a completed registration form with full payment. The deadline for processing registration with visa requirements is March 31st, 2024
